It's fantastic news that you'll be journeying to North Georgia! We're thrilled to welcome you and your bike to our area. To ensure your bike is primed and ready for your arrival, please follow these simple steps:

Kindly ship your bike to our address at:

You can swiftly print your shipping label via bikeflights.com. 

We highly recommend opting for the round-trip choice for seamless preparation in advance.

When sending your bike to Free-Flite, please send an email to marketing@freeflite.com with the following details:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Bike Brand, Model, Size, and Color
  • Box/Case Type
  • Bike Arrival Date
  • Tracking Number (if available)

Do let us know if you require bike assembly for an additional $100. If your bike is brand new, please reach out to us beforehand.

We levy a one-time fee of $20 to reserve each bike bag/box/case while you're in town.

While shipping your bike, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • Ensure ample padding around your frame, securely fastening it in place.
  • Install and secure frame and fork dropout protectors.
  • Utilize a high-quality box, appropriately sized for your frame.
  • Remember to include your name on both your shipping label and the box.
